Body Conditioning
(60 min)
Feel the burn – in the best possible way. This dynamic 60-minute class blends cardio, strength training, and Barre-inspired movement to help you build strength, boost your metabolism, and feel re-energised from the inside out. It’s designed with women in their forties and beyond in mind, supporting both body and mind through this transformative life stage.

What We'll Focus On:
Full-Body Strength & Sculpting: Tone and define your entire body with a mix of functional movement, resistance training, and Barre-based exercises to build lean muscle and improve posture.
Hormone-Supportive Cardio: Boost cardiovascular health, reduce stress, and lift your mood with energising intervals designed to support women through perimenopause and beyond.

Your Personal Health & Fitness Assessment
Before beginning any of my training or body conditioning programs, you are required to complete a one-to-one Health & Fitness Assessment. This session is a vital first step – giving us the opportunity to understand your current fitness level, health background, goals, and any challenges you may be facing.
Together, we’ll create a personalised plan that’s realistic, effective, and aligned with you. It’s the foundation for everything that follows – ensuring you’re set up for success from the very start.
