My approach to a whole new YOU
I practice an integrative approach to Health Coaching which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected.
I will not make you count calories or points, deprive you of the foods you enjoy eating, exclude food groups, limit calorie intake, do some sort of crash dieting or preach a specific, one-size-fits-all way of eating. I am sure you have tried one or more of these approaches before...and, how successful were they?
My approach focuses on nourishing your body with whole foods, being mindful and actively working towards achieving your personal goals
As your Health Coach, I will work with you to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. Together we will work towards reaching your goals in areas such as achieving your desired weight, reducing food cravings, improving your sleep and maximizing your energy.
I listen without judgement, we start right where you are
I am your accountability partner. This is a crucial aspect in ensuring your success. I believe that when we attempt change on our own, without support, it is too easy to give up when we are facing challenges. My support, during as well as in between sessions will help you keep on track.
As we work together, you will:

Implement small, manageable and most importantly, lasting changes that will improve your energy and overall health.

I will look at your current habits towards diet and nutrition and build further on that, based on your genetics, lifestyle and personal preferences. This is the concept of Secondary Food - the food on your plate.
Together we will dive into the concept of Primary Food - the food off your plate. Are you getting enough sleep? Career pleasure ? Exercise? And....what is your biggest dream?
Looking at your personal goals, I will provide you with a new exercise routine that works for you individually!
As a Health and Nutrition professional, I will hold you accountable, make you stick to the plan and always keep your goals in sight.
I will craft a plan and strategy that is unique to your goals and time commitments.
